Bernard's Family Funeral Care, The Madison Chapel, announces the passing of Ms. Phoebe Smith of Covington, Georgia. Phoebe transitioned peacefully on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Piedmont Newton Hospital.

Viewing and Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 12 to 2 p.m., starting two hours prior to the service

A celebration of life for Ms. Phoebe Smith will be held Saturday, November 8, 2025, 2 p.m., at Mount Perry Baptist Church, 2920 Price Mill Rd 2920 Price Mill Rd. Bishop, Georgia 30621. Interment and committal services will follow at the Mount Perry Baptist Church Cemetery.
