Ms. Bettie Ruth Bracey Woods, 79, Of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Atrium Health – Lincoln

She was born in Gaston County, North Carolina on December 1, 1945 to the late Early McDowell and Hester Bracey.

Bettie attended Newbold High School. She retired from Cochrane Furniture.

Funeral Service will be Sunday, November 9, 2025 in White’s Family Chapel at 3:00 P.M., burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

There will be a public viewing on Saturday at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
