Celebrating Faith, Love, And Legacy
A life begun: On August 1,1964 in a small town of Alex City, Alabama the world was blessed with the birth of Reverend Grover Lee Robinson born to the late Reverend Dr. G.E. Robinson, Sr and Betty Dean Robinson, His arrival brought Love, Joy, Peace and Happiness. From the start Reverend Robinson was nurtured in an environment of Guidance, and a foundation that would shape the extraordinary path he would walk through this life.
A journey Completed: As the noon day came on Saturday, November 8, 2025, Reverend Grover Lee Robinson answered the masters call to eternal rest at 2:26 p.m., surrounded by his loving family at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tn, His earthly journey came to a close. This final chapter marked the completion of a life lived with faith, love and legacy.
A Love union to remember: for 38 years Reverend Robinson shared his life with Annie Palmore Robinson Their union was profound with love and great companionship, together they raised four children, as a reflection of faith and values of life, and a legacy that will live on through their family for generations to come.
As Ministry Flourished: Reverend Robinson’s dedication to Gods work. A graduate of Litchfield High School Class of 1983, he answered the divine call to ministry and was ordained as a minister in 1988. From that day forward, he devoted himself to leading GODS people with unwavering faith and love.
Over the years, he pastored several congregations, including Mission Baptist Church, Gadsden, Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Guntersville, Al, Bethlehem Baptist Church, Greenville, Al, Tribulation Baptist Church, Gadsden, Oak Grove Baptist Church & Galilee Baptist Church where he began serving in 2025 and continued faithfully until his health failed. Reverend Robinson’s, ministry was not profession; it was his life’s purpose where he faithfully upheld the doctrines of the church, teaching and spreading God’s word with integrity and devotion. His objective as a pastor was to guide, teach, and uplift others through Gods word. Thus, he did with love, and grace, leaving an impact on all who were blessed to know him.
Honoring those who Preceded him: Reverend Grover Robinson was welcomed into his eternal home in Glory by his Parents Rev. Dr. G.E. Robinson & Betty Dean Robinson, his Twin Brother Gregory Lee Robinson. Their heavenly reunion is a testament to the eternal bond of family and divine faith.
Joyful Memories: Reverend Robinson leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife Annie Robinson; his children Ebony Coats, Michael Palmore, Misty(Anthony) Blount, Johnathan Palmore; Grandchildren Jalen Palmore, Au’jenee Guice, Aziyah Glass, Israel May, Xuri Coats-Terry ; Great Grandchildren Jaiden Palmore, Jailani Palmore, Culture Thomas, Maziair’e Glass; siblings Brenda Robinson Card and Reverend Grady E. (Melissa) Robinson, Jr, along with in-laws Dorothy (Willie) Coleman, Irene Palmore and Ricky Croft; and a host Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
