Funeral service for Robert Warren, 66, of Auburn, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Christ Temple Holiness Church, 610 Clanton Street, Opelika, AL, 36801 with interment in Pleasant Hill A.M.E. Church Cemetery, 1147 Lee Road 140, Salem, AL, 36874, Bishop Kenneth Carter, Pastor and Officiating, Apostle James Fears, Eulogist.
Mr. Warren, who passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025 at his home in Auburn, Alabama, was born December 14, 1958, in Lee County, Alabama.
Public viewing will be Friday, November 14, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. – 6: 00 p.m. The family will be present to receive family and friends from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Warren will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.
He leaves to cherish his precious memory: wife, Elizabeth Lanham of Auburn, AL; two children, Robert Jones and Shytae Warren both of Opelika, AL; two stepchildren, Nicole Lyles (Juan) of Opelika, AL and Zak Davis (Miranda) of Ohatchee, AL; father, Robert Lee Warren, Sr. of Phenix City, AL; five grandchildren, Isaiah Lyles, Elijah Hamby, Vernon Huckleba all of Opelika, AL, Malachi Lyles of Columbus, GA and Zion Davis of Ohatchee, AL; one great-grandchild, Rowan Huckleba; three sisters, Evangelist Ora Lee (Samuel) Boyd of Lafayette, AL, Bobbie J. Alexander of Opelika, AL and Shelia Ann Warren of Beulah, AL; four brothers, Tommy Lee Alexander, James C. Alexander all of Atlanta, GA and Elder Clayton Alexander of Opelika, AL; two aunts, Pinkey Stinson and Thelma Smith both of Beauregard, AL; two sisters-in-law, Linda Ward and Bonnie Richerson; special caregivers, First Lady Mae V. Fears and niece, Beverly Warren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
