Leroy B. Jeter Jr., affectionately known as “2-2 Love,” was born on September 20, 1969, in Bunnell, Florida, to the late Dorothy Mae Washington-Fairell and the late Leroy B. Jeter Sr.
He attended Flagler Palm Coast High School and went on to become a devoted and hardworking employee with several companies, including Sunbelt, Boston Whaler, Kehe, and others throughout his career.
