Mr. A. D. Brown was born in Glascock County Georgia, to the parentage of the now late Henry F. Brown and Othella Dogan Brown.

A.D. was a graduate of Wrens High School. He served his country honorably and was a veteran of the United States Army. For several years, A.D. made Medford Oregon his home, where he was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

He made his transition on November 11, 2025 in Medford.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, November23, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Davis Wiley Event Center, 709 New Street, Louisville, GA

Preceding him in death are his parents and three siblings: Lorea Gibbons, Henry W. Brown and Willie James Brown.

Emptiness will forever be felt in the hearts and minds of his children and son-in-law: Audrey Gaines, Taiwana (Fredrick) McGruder and Shawnwaskie “Shawn” Dixon; his grandchildren: Nathaniel Gaines, Kendrez Flournoy and Kenye Flournoy; three loving sisters and brother-in-law: Carrie Gaston, Ammie Davis and Minnie (Eugene) Love; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
