David Barnes, 76, of Early Branch, SC, formerly of Garnett, SC, transitioned time for eternity on Friday, November 21. 2025 in the Medical University of SC, Charleston, SC. He was the husband of Sallie Barnwell.

A combat Viet Nam Army Veteran, he was employed most of his life as a truck driver. Mr. Barnes was a faithful member of the King Branch Missionary Baptist Church, Garnett, SC.

Memories are so very precious and he leaves many treasured and special memories to rest with his family and friends. His love and kindness lives on forever.
