Ms. Mary D. Burnett transitioned on June 23, 2025 at Southeast Health Center in Brunswick, Georgia.

A visitation is scheduled for Monday, June 30 from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. in the Magnolia Chapel at Brunswick Funeral Home.

The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, July 1 at 11 a.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1047 Demere Rd., St. Simons Island, Georgia 31522.

Internment will be in Masonic Cemetery, 26599 Hwy 82, Waynesville, Georgia, followed by a repast at Four Points by Sheraton, 5308 New Jesup Hwy., Brunswick, Georgia 31523.
