SHELIA ELAINE WHITE was born on September 26, 1956, in Marianna, Florida, to the late Joe Levy White, Sr., and Idell Brown White.

Shelia was a lifelong resident of Sunland Center in Marianna, Florida.

Shelia passed peacefully from this life on the November 27, 2025. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers during the last days of her life.

Shelia enjoyed visits from her family who always knew what Shelia liked: cookies and red Hi-C juice.

Shelia also loved riding on golf carts and riding in a car with her family. Shelia brought joy to her family and all who knew her. Shelia was the light of her mother’s life and the center of her world. Shelia will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and staff at Sunland Center where she lived for over 50 years.

Remaining to cherish Shelia’s lovely memory are her siblings, Danny White of Peyton, Colorado, Sonya White Porter (wife of Reverend Rudolph Porter) of Douglas, Georgia, Venson White (husband of Carolyn White) of Pensacola, Florida, and Kenneth White (husband of Tina White) of Marianna, Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
