Budget Jr. and Jarvis Hyman of Havelock; five daughters, Territa Rogers, Greensboro, NC, Monica Frazier, Barbara Morris, Denise Budget, Gloriana Bryant all of Havelock; two brothers, Raphael Reels, Raleigh, NC and Mitchell Reels, Morehead City, NC; twenty-four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
