Calvin Eugene Carter, born on March 31, 1950, went to be with his Lord and Savior on November 25, 2025, at the age of 75. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He was loved and admired by many and will be greatly missed.

Calvin is survived by his loving and caring wife of 35 years, Paulette Propst Carter; his sons Jason and Brandon Carter; his daughter Stacy Gunter (Chris); brothers David (Cathy) Carter and Donald (Phyllis) Carter; and brother-in-law Jack Carnes. He had 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Beatrice Carter; his son Kevin Carter; his brothers Aaron, Jimmy, and Roger Carter; and his sister Gladys Carter Carnes.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. immediately followed by a Celebration of Life officiated by Pastors Jim Neal and David Carter at Providence Baptist Church, 1947 Old Friendship Road, Rock Hill, SC.
