Willie C. "Brother" Ware

Funeral service Willie C. Ware "Brother" 68, will be Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 11 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Lineville with Pastor Michael Ware, officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Ware passed away on November 27, 2025 Visitation will be on Friday, Dec. 5, 1-6 pm. Mr. Ware's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service.

Mr. Ware was an active member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Lineville throughout his life. A proud alumnus of Clay County Training School and Lineville High School, He was united in Holy matrimony to Lizzie Simmons, and together they laid the foundation for a loving son.

Survivors include his son: Jermaine Ware; his daughters: Christy Heflin (Terry), Erica Staples, Kellie Staples and A'Miracle Harvey; grandchildren: Shaketra, Keyonna, Shuntavious, Terry Jr., Angel, Ayanna, Eriel, Ethan, Jahkiem, Kelvion, Keidon, Korean, and Zy'Koby; 8 great grandchildren; his sister: Ann Searcy; special cousins: Michael Ware and Randy Cosby, nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, KC Ware and Viola Searay, sister, Betty Sue Ford, and his grandson, Terry Heflin III.
