70, passed away on November 29, 2025 in Norfolk VA. Mr. Irving was a retired Shipfitter from Newport News Shipyard. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 in Poplar Run Baptist Church at 11:00am. Viewing will begin Friday from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Family and friends will assemble at the residence for the processional to the church.
