Ms. Joan A. T. Kelley of Washington, DC, passed away on December 3, 2025. She is survived by her brother, Bennie Adams; her daughters, Rev. Kathy T. McFadden and Dawn (David) Hill; her grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and close friends. A funeral service will be held Friday, December 12, 2025, at Galbraith A.M.E. Zion Church, 1114 6th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20001, with Rev. Pharaad B. Massah El officiating. The Omega Omega Service of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority will begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by visitation at 11 a.m., and the Celebration of Life at 12 p.m. Interment will be private.
