Kendall Le'mont McTeer

08/24/1995 - 12/09/2025

“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul: He guides me in the paths of righteousness for the sake os His name. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.”

Kendall Le’mont McTeer, son of Mary McTeer and Khalill “Rob” El, was born August 24, 1995, in Orangeburg County, South Carolina.

Kendall was lovingly raised by his grandparents, Myra and Roosevelt Manuel, whose guidance, care, and unwavering love helped shape the man he became. Their influence remained a strong foundation throughout his life.

Kendall received his education in the public schools of Allendale County. At an early age, he showed exceptional talent and passion on the baseball field. A natural athlete, Kendall was a standout player whose skills were undeniable. Whether he was at bat, in the field, or cheering on his teammates, he played the game with heart, confidence, and joy.

Beyond his athletic abilities, Kendall was known for his love of cooking and his talent for bringing people together. What started as a passion grew into a talent that earned him the title of “grill master” among family and friends. In the kitchen, Kendall was the CEO – creating meals filled with flavor, laughter, and love. His passion for food also extended into his professional life, where he served as Kitchen Manager at Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles, earning respect for his leadership, work ethic, and commitment to excellence.

Above all, Kendall was a devoted and loving father. He was actively involved in the lives of all his children and took great pride in being present, supportive, and engaged. His children were his heart, and his role as a father was one he cherished deeply.

Kendall’s legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the love he shared, and the dreams he carried.

Kendall entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in Lexington County, South Carolina.

Those left to cherish Kendall’s loving memories are his loving and devoted mother, Mary McTeer; Father: Khalill "Rob" El; (5) Sons: Kelton J. McTeer, Karter J. McTeer, Khylan N. McTeer, Kristen N. McTeer, and Kasey A. Byrd; (1) Daughter: Kenadi J. Riley; Loving Grandparents: Myra and Roosevelt Manuel; (3) Sisters: Mariah Reese, Morgan McTeer - Flowers, and Rasheeda Taylor; (4) Devoted Aunts: Amanda Graves, Aisha Brown, Dorothy Riley, and Stephanie (Isaiah) Brunson - Williams; (2) Devoted Uncles: Carl McTeer, Jr., and Lin (Maria) McTeer; (2) Special Cousins: Zach D., and Daquan Manuel. A host of loving cousins and sympathizing friends.

Kendall will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
