After being given just 21 months to live, he defied all odds and blessed his family 12 additional years filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories.
Norman cherished the simple joys of life. He had a true passion for cooking and found happiness in sharing good food with the people he loved most. Whether he was preparing a favorite family dish or cracking a joke to lighten the moment, Norman had a gift for bringing comfort, joy, and togetherness into every space he entered.
He leaves behind his devoted wife, Rowena D. Dunlap, who stood faithfully by his side through every season of life. Norman is also survived by his father, Norman A. Dunlap Sr., his two sisters, and a large family who held him dearly.
A proud and dedicated father, Norman is survived by 13 children, who will forever carry his humor, resilience, and strength. His legacy continues through his 21 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought him immense happiness and pride.
Norman's life was a remarkable testament to perseverance, love, and the powerful bond of family. Though he will be profoundly missed, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
