Mr. Isreal Charles Bell passed on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.
A funeral celebrating the life of “10 Speed” will be held 3 PM Sunday, January 4, 2026 at the chapel of Washington Funeral Home in Great Falls, South Carolina with Reverend Cookie Washington-Kelly delivering the Words of Comfort. Burial will be at Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Winnsboro, South Carolina, Reverend Ben Colley is the Pastor.
A viewing will be held from 1-7 PM Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Washington Funeral Home.
Mr. Bell was a son of the late Mr. Eugene Bell Sr. and the late Mrs. Eula Jane Bell. He was born on November 16, 1954 in Winnsboro, South Carolina.
He was a faithful employee of Ideal Logging until his health declined.
Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Otis Bell, Sr., Eugene Bell, Jr., Roger White, James White; four sisters, Beatrice Maloney, Geneva King, Mariah Womack, Daisy Starks.
To cherish his fond memories are his devoted wife, Sally Mae Kelly-Bell of the home; four sons, Amos Bell of Winnsboro, South Carolina, Isreal Charles Bell, Jr. of Great Falls, South Carolina, Tommy Bell( Shonte) of Winnsboro, South Carolina, Jeffery Bell of Ridgeway, South Carolina; four sisters, Ella Harrison of Blythewood, South Carolina, Lillie Caldwell of Winnsboro, South Carolina, Josephine (Alexander) Cason of Winnsboro, South Carolina, Dorothy (Lawrence) Craig of Winnsboro, South Carolina; a brother, Edward White of White Oak, South Carolina; daughter in law, Tiffany Washington of Winnsboro, South Carolina; three sister in laws, One brother in law; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
The family is receiving friends at the home.
