Mr. Thomas Dewayne Clark, Sr. 65, of Elizabethtown, died Friday, January 2, 2026 at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown.

He was a member of Zion Pentecostal Community Church. He loved coaching baseball, fishing and being an all around outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie G. Clark; his daughter, Jessica Killion; a brother, Timmy Clark.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Tina Louise Clark; his mother, Raphael Nadine Clark; four sons, Thomas (Teresa) Clark, Jr., Johnathan Clark, Theodore Clark and Zach (Jessica) Rains.; two daughters, Sarah Killion and Heather Killion; 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren ; a brother, Bobby Clark; a sister, Tammy Cordova.

The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Jacob Pearman officiating. Burial will follow in the Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.

Visitation after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.
