Lawrence Bazemore, Jr.

As of January 1, 2026, the Bazemore family has endured the profound loss of another cherished member. Mr. Lawrence Bazemore Jr. has answered the "Master's Call," embarking on a journey to everlasting peace. He transitioned from this life at ECU Tarboro Medical Center on New Year's Day, leaving behind a legacy of love and memories that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him.

Services to commemorate his legacy will commence with a visitation from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2026, in the sanctuary of Batts Chapel Baptist Church, located at 5872 US-258, Tarboro, NC 27886. An inspirational wake will commence at 6:00 PM. During this period, family members and friends are encouraged to share and reflect upon the cherished moments spent with Mr. Bazemore.

A Home Going Celebration will be held 12 noon in the sanctuary of the Mildred's Chapel Baptist Church

He will be laid to rest in the Batts Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
