65, passed away on January 3, 2026. James was educated in Chesapeake Public Schools and was a graduate of Indian River High School class of 1979. He continued his education by attending ECPI then later joined the United States Marine Corps. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11:00am in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, 3950 Turnpike Road, Portsmouth. Family will receive friends for visitation and viewing on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 4:00pm-6:00pm. Family and friends will assemble at the residence for the processional to the chapel on Saturday at 10:15am.
