Mr. Carter, 62, passed on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Arabella Hospice (formerly known as Queen City Nursing Home) after a long illness. He leaves to cherish his memory 1 sister, Tanja Cook; 1 niece, Demikica Carter Hopkins and 1 nephew, Cecil Carter all of Meridian.

Viewing will take place 1 hour prior to funeral service time. Enterprise Funeral Home has been entrusted with final arrangements.
