OPELOUSAS – Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA for Mrs. Mary Lee Charles, 78, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at her residence in Opelousas, LA.

Rev. Frank L. Ford, Pastor of Community Chapel Church of God In Christ, will be officiating the funeral service.

Mrs. Charles’ memories are being cherished by her loving husband of 62 years, Joseph Charles of Opelousas, LA, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
