Mrs. Felecia Owens, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed January 7, 2026. Funeral service will be Saturday, January 17, 2026, from Snowdoun Valley Missionary Baptist Church at 12:00 P.M. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
