JoAnnis survived by her children - Mary Tarver and Gregory Tarver; granddaughter, Zyinn Tarver-Jackson; mother, Mary Youngblood; siblings - Roberta Jordan, Marion (Kirk) Youngblood, Freddie Youngblood, Brenda Youngblood, Joyce Youngblood; the father of her children, Gregory Tarver; a host of other relatives and loving friends.

A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 am, Saturday, January 24, 2026, Elim Baptist Church, 2359 Mt. Auburn Street.
