MRS. MARY FRANCES STEVENS - of Dalton, GA, formerly of Akron, OH, on Thursday, January 22, 2026, after one hundred two years, four months, and eight days departed this life. She was born September 13, 1923 in LaFayette, GA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathaniel Stevens; her parents, Frank, Sr. and Minnie Bell Williams Johnson; four brothers, Frank Johnson, Jr., Nathaniel Johnson, Robert Lewis Johnson and Fred Johnson; and seven sisters, Annie Daisy Allgood, Louise Elizabeth Samuels, Reatha Johnson, Isabelle Stallings, Alleene Kirk, and Cornelia Marsh.

Mary Frances is survived by her sons, H. Eugene Stevens and Eric Nathaniel Stevens; daughter-in-law, Norah-Smith Stevens; grandson, James Charles Martin; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
