85, passed away on January 23, 2026 in Maryview Medical Center, Portsmouth. Emma was born in Portsmouth, Virginia. She was a member of Collinswood- Agape Baptist Church and was educated in Portsmouth Public Schools. Emma was a devoted to her family and friends. She was an amazing mother and grandmother who loved her children and grandchildren. She was bright and wise and enjoyed crossword puzzles. A funeral will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 12noon in Collingswood Agape Baptist Church. Visitation and viewing will begin Friday, January 30, 2026 from 4:00pm-7:00pm in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery. Family and friends will assemble at the residence to the processional to the house.
