A Celebration of the Life of Mildred D. Snoddy will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Upper Shady Grove Baptist Church, 1580 John Dodd Rd., Wellford, SC. Rev. Calvin Hailstock will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
