To the Payne Family On behalf of my family, I would like to take this time to express my personal condolences to the Payne family. We are sorry to hear about the passing of Earl Payne. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends during this time of great sadness. Drawing strength and comfort from God will enable to deal with losing someone in death. As the scriptures reveal, God is the source of all tender mercy and comfort.( 2 Corinthians 1:3-4) What He shares with us during this most difficult time truly provides true comfort for us. For a moment please take a look at this wonderful promise from God. HE know every person who have ever lived; and died. He knows the pain that death bring to their family members and friends. So God goes on record in providing this truly comforting promise to those who are grieving at heart. He tells us that he will soon call to those in the grave to stand up in life again. (John 5:28-29) Yes this promise from God is clear. This promise is a personal guarantee from God that Earl, and billions of others will stand up in life again. That Earl would be reunited back with his many family members and friends. Yes what a grand time period this will prove to be, as the earth becomes filled with the sound of joy and laughter. So really all who have lost anyone in death have a lot to be thankful to God for. Until this arrangement takes place, we can use this time to learn all that we can about this resurrection blessing from God. Here is just one such example that all can draw comfort from at John 11:32-44. In closing we say please continue to reflect upon this comforting promise from God. Remember that life will be restored back to a great host of people. We have God's personal promise. Yes it is impossible for God to lie. ( Titus 1:2)
