Obituary for Harold Kenneth Miller Jr

Harold Kenneth Miller, age 81, went peacefully to be with the Lord on January 29, 2026. He was preceded in death by his parents W.Hugh and Viola Miller, his half sister Janie Miller McCall and his two sons Harold Kenneth Miller Jr and Bryant Thomas Miller. He is survived by his sister Joyce Anderson of Hendersonville, NC, daughter in-law Karen Simpson and his grand children , great grand children and great,great grandchildren, a niece and nephew as well as a great nephew and niece. He was a member of Central Church of God in Charlotte,NC where he served as an usher. He also attended Trinity Baptist Church in Van Wyck after moving to Indian Land, SC. He was most appreciative of the ability to worship online when he wasn't able to attend in person.

Mr. Miller held many varied occupations through out his life from caretaker at historic Elmwood Cemetery , employee in A&P grocery's butcher shop and retired after many years as employee at a printing and binding shop in Charlotte, NC. No matter the position, he always gave his all and took pride in his work. But his most loved tittle was brother, Dad , Uncle and Grandpa.

The family will have a private service and asks in lieu of flowers contributions be made to Via hospice.
