Joyce Davis, the lady who always made me feel like I belonged at Mount Zion. I will remember the times we shared talking and the godly advice you always gave me. You helped me when I had a financial need and I never heard anything about it elsewhere. I will miss you Joyce. Eternal life is the gift and you had it. Michelle Brockington.

Had no clue that on Sunday, February 10, 2019 would be my last time seeing your earthly being at church, teaching your Sunday School Class and your big smile and warm hugs.... But the how's and why's belong to God, had a rough time accepting this, just back in September remembering how we both worked alongside each other preparing the church homecoming, and how you paid for my breakfast that day while we made preparations. But I'm confident in knowing that "TO BE ABSENT FROM THIS EARTH BODY, IS TO BE IN PRESENCE OF THE LORD!" Prayers of comfort and peace to the entire Davis and Scott Families, especially your baby Lindsey! CHAQUAN MCNEIL

To the Scott and Davis Family you all are continually in my prayers. No doubt she is with her Lord and Savior! She was indeed a teacher of the Word of God, and broke it down to where a child could understand! She will be greatly missed at the church...

Losing someone you love dearly is never easy. At times we may wonder where can we find comfort and whom can we depend on in our time of need? The answer can be found in the bible at 1 Peter 5:7 it states, “While you throw alyour anxiety upon him, because he cares for you.” Jehovah desires to be with you in your time of need. Also, the bible mentioned a hope found in Acts 24:15 where it states, “and I have hope toward God, which hope these men themselves also entertain that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.”
