Cherished Forever

MR. FRANK RICHARD VINCENT, age 90, departed this life February 10, 2026 at his residence in LaCrosse, Virginia. He was born October 20, 1935 to the late Harriett Vincent in Denver, Colorado.

After receiving his GED, he enlisted into the U.S. Air Force where he served as a photographer, with the rank of Staff Sergeant E6. He served his country in the reserve also until he was Honorably discharged after serving 14 years.

He was married to the late Rebecca A. Kurosky. Frank worked in Washington, DC at the World Bank as a consultant and photographer for many years, until his retirement.

Frank leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter- Vicky L. (Randy) Brown; son- Antonio A. (Kathy) Vincent; grandchildren- Dawn M. Brown, Kylie Vincent, Sierra Smarr and Sebastian Ochoa, and a host of other relatives and friends.
