Irene Gilchrist, a resident of Cleveland, OH, passed away on February 1, 2026. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Beulah Primitive Baptist Church, 3304 County Rd. 37, Hope Hull, AL 36043, Elder Tom Gardner III, Pastor, with Elder Brian Humphries officiating. She will be laid to rest at McQueen Cemetery, Burkville, AL under the care of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home, and she will lie in repose at the church one hour before the service.
