A Celebration of the Life of Emmanuel C. Fowler will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion World Outreach Church, 320 Wimberly Dr., Spartanburg, SC. Rev. W. I. Jenkins, Sr. will officiate.

Burial will be in the First Baptist Church of Fairforest Cemetery, 200 Charity Dr., Spartanburg, SC.
