Carla Yvette Ceazer Vasser

April 6, 1959 – February 13, 2026

Carla Yvette Ceazer Vasser was the second born child to Charles Ceazer and Carolyn Ceazer in Memphis, Tennessee on April 6, 1959. She made her peaceful, heavenly transition on Friday, February 13, 2026 in Methodist Hospice Residence. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted and treasured daughter Shanice (Brent) Vasser Moragne, and adored grandson Brent Jr., her beloved sister Janice (Jerry) Hawkins (Greer, SC), dedicated cousins Donna Morris and Karen Dotson, loving nieces, Latorsa Baldwin (Fayetteville, NC), Ja’rice (Terrance) Chisholm (Hope Mills, NC) and Rhonda (Jonathan) Reddish (Simpsonville, SC) and a host of supportive great-nieces, great-nephews, other family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 10 am – 12 Noon at Saint Andrew African Methodist Episcopal Church, 867 South Parkway East Memphis, Tennessee. The Celebration Service will start at 12:00 Noon. The burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, 1663 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN 38106
