Earnest Fletcher Woods, 71, of Memphis, TN passed away on February 21, 2026 at his home in Memphis, Tennessee. Earnest was born on November 25, 1954 to Manuel Hillard and Vetrice Oretha Deener in Memphis, Tennessee. He was the husband of Verdie Ann Woods.

The family will receive friends for a visitation Friday, March 6, 2026 from 4:00pm-6:00pm at RS Lewis & Sons Funeral Home 3651 Austin Peay Hwy, Memphis, TN 38128. Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 7, 2026 10:00am at Brown Missionary Missionary Baptist Church 980 Stateline Rd E, Southaven, MS 38671.
