Bernard's Family Funeral Care, The Madison Chapel announces the passing of Mr. Melvin Douglas Tolbert on Friday, February 20, 2026, at Rockdale Healthcare Center in Conyers, Georgia.

The family will host visitations for Mr. Melvin, for family in Madison, and for longtime Covington residents unable to attend the memorial service.
