OPELOUSAS- Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA for Ms. Cynthia Ann Joseph, 72, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at her residence in Opelousas. LA.

Cherishing Ms. Joseph’s memories are: her son, Marcus Joseph and daughter-in-law, Caprica Joseph of Opelousas, LA; one daughter, Lisa Joseph and son-in-law, Warren Phillips, Jr. of Opelousas, LA; one brother, Phillip Herman Morris of Opelousas, LA; two sisters, Lolita Wyatt of Opelousas, LA and Linda Batiste of Los Angeles, CA; two grandsons, Marcus Deandre Joseph and Jarren Joseph; four granddaughters, Jamaica Joseph, Jalisa Phillips, Jazmine Phillips and Taylor Joseph; eight great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Ms. Joseph was preceded in death by: her parents, Joseph “T-Joe” Morris and Velma Barnaba; one brother, Fernando Morris; two sisters, Joann Joseph and Janice Morris; and one granddaughter, Trinity Joseph.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at Ford and Joseph Funeral Home.
