Obituary For Stuart Mitchell Milne

On Saturday, February 9, 2019, Stuart Mitchell Milne, 29, beloved son, father, and husband, found his eternal resting place. He was a friend to many and loved by all who met him. Stuart was born November 2, 1989, Fort Lewis WA. He is the only son of Amanda Odom, Pascagoula, MS and Robert Milne, Tacoma, WA. Stuart was married to the lovely Stacey Duff-Milne and they are the parents of two daughters: AnnaLise, 6; AlieGrace, 5, and two sons: Titus, 3; Marcus, 1, all of Phoenix AZ.

Stuart also leaves to cherish his memories his maternal grandfather, Curtis Odom, Moss Point, MS; maternal grandmother, Savannah (Lee) Daniel, Jackson, MS; paternal grandmother, Edna Milne, Traverse City, MI; and very special uncle, Curtis Bernard (Tuesday) Odom, Phoenix, AZ, as well as a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends. After graduating from Spanaway Lake High School (Spanaway, WA) in 2008, Stuart enlisted in the U.S. Air Force Reserve for six years as a security forces officer. He was also employed as a Correctional Officer with the Phoenix Correctional Facility. Stuart loved the outdoors and was an avid hiker, skier, and snowboarder. He enjoyed spending time with his children, often taking them to museums and camping. Stuart was humble, loving, kind and well respected by co-workers.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, 09 March 2019, with the viewing from 9:00-10:00 a.m., at La Maison Gautier - The Old Place in Gautier MS - officiated by Rev. Herman Odom, Sr., with burial proceeding at First Baptist Church Cemetery (Family Only), Frank Grffin Road, Moss Point, MS
