Robert William Belcher was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to the late Ethelene Britton.
He graduated from John Harris High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He retired from the office of General Services, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2016. He was also a dedicated and valued employee of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, for approximately 50 years.
Robert at the age of 70, transitioned into eternal rest on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Rivers Bend Rehab facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death, by his mother, Ethelene Britton; brothers, Roosevelt Belcher and Anthony Belcher and sister, Rosalie Turner.
Robert leaves to cherish precious memories of him, his loving wife, Georgianna Belcher; sisters, Arlene Selvey (Jerry) and Linda Turner; stepdaughter, Deonna Myers; godchild, Mersadee Myers; special nieces, Sa'Niyah Holt and Zhamari Spriggs and a host of family and friends.
His life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2026 in the Chapel Of The Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, Steelton with viewing and visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
