Mr. Douglas Edward Walker, more affectionately known as “Duck,” was born on August 18, 1965, in Thomaston, Upson County, Georgia, to the late Mrs. Louise Walton Walker and Mr. Willie Walker.
He received his education in the public schools of Upson County. As a young man, Douglas gained employment at Thomaston Mills, where he worked faithfully as a forklift driver.
