Ray Anthony Reagon
March 29, 1956 — March 1, 2026
Ray Anthony Reagon, born on March 29, 1956, was the beloved son of James Easley and Gertrude Reagon. Ray graduated from Glencliff High School and later served his country in the United States Navy. After completing his military service, he returned home to Nashville, where he built a life through dedication and hard work as a certified plumber.
Ray was a humble man who believed strongly in the value of hard work and the importance of family. He was known for his incredible work ethic, no matter the task, Ray gave it his all. Above all else, he loved his family deeply and took great pride in being there for the people he loved.
In addition to his work and service, Ray was also a proud member of the Freemasons. He carried himself with dignity, kindness, and a deep respect for others.
Ray leaves behind to cherish his memory his two loving daughters, Shante Rochelle Reagon and Elizabeth Althea Reagon; his brother, James Michael Reagon; his sister, Trena Armstrong; his nephews, James Michael Reagon Jr. and Ralph Armstrong Jr.; his nieces, Keosha Powell, Keisha Powell, and Lacheka Phillips; along with a host of aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.
Ray’s legacy of hard work, humility, and deep love for his family will live on through all who knew and loved him, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those whose lives he touched.
