Quameik Anthony Flournoy, 22, entered eternal rest on February 3, 2026. Born on May 11, 2003, in Augusta, Georgia, Quameik was raised in Atlanta, Georgia,
where he grew into a vibrant, creative, and unforgettable young man. Quameik was the beloved son of Craig Anthony Flournoy and Tyreida Marquelle Cooper.
He was also deeply loved and supported in his early childhood by Marcus Kelly of Louisville, Georgia,
who played an important role in his life during his formative years. He was a devoted and loving brother to Markel D. Kelly, Damario Kelly, and Isaiah Kelly of Louisville, Georgia; Cameron Cooper of Augusta, Georgia; and his sisters, Desirae Cooper, Promise Scott, and Samiya Samuels of Augusta, Georgia.
He also leaves to cherish his memory his loving aunts and uncle: Shaolin (Matron) Boston of Augusta, Georgia; Frederick (Nadine) Ellington of Milledgeville, Georgia; and Ceshera Kendrick of Grovetown, Georgia.
He was a cherished cousin to Kristiyana Keith, Zaniah Kendrick, Jeremiah Ellington, and Harmony Boston, along with a host of extended family members and dear friends. Quameik worked for Kroger in the Atlanta area, where he was more than just an employee, he was family to many. He will forever be remembered as a dependable coworker, a positive presence, and a good man. His coworkers loved working alongside him,
and many will never forget the pride he took in what he did especially when it came to making the best sandwiches.
Quameik lived boldly and creatively. He had a deep love for skateboarding, dancing,
and music. He loved to rap and sing, using his voice to express his thoughts and dreams. As a content creator and sneaker designer, he brought bold color and originality into everything he touched. Creativity wasn’t just something he enjoyed, it was part of who he was.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Frederick Powell, Tyreida Powell, and Elizabeth Flournoy, who now welcome him into eternal rest. Though his time on this earth was far too short, Quameik’s light, talent, kindness,
and spirit will continue to live on through every memory shared, every song played, every board that rolls, and every life he touched.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 2:00pm at Grace Street Church of Christ 120 Grace St, Augusta, GA 30904.
