TYLER--Funeral services for Charles Pringle Sr, 80, are scheduled for 12 pm, Friday, March 6, 2026 at Greater Hopewell Baptist Church with Rev. Windel Pringle, eulogist. Burial will be in Jones-Mims Memorial Gardens Cemetery under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Company.

Mr. Pringle was born February 8, 1946 to the late Robert Pringle and Nancy Gray Pringle.

He was a graduate of Emmett J. Scott High School, member of St. Mary Baptist Church and a automotive mechanic.

Mr. Pringle was preceded in death by one son and three siblings. He is survived by spouse: Bobbie Pringle; sons: Robert (Nyree) Pringle, James (Nadra) Pringle; daughters: Charlotte (Robert) Mayfield, Tara (Hernandez) Dews, and Torie (Dominique) Manuel; brothers: Edward (Kayrn) Pringle, William (Keriann) Pringle and Pastor Windel (Rebecca) Pringle; sister: Robbie Hill, seventeen grandchildren, thirty two great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Public viewing will be Thursday, March 5, 2026 from 2 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
