Peggy Bynum Williams departed this life on April 21, 2016. She is survived by her sister Louise Shines, two sons Deames and Reginald Bynum (Clinton, Md), two daughters Rosalind Bynum and Cynthia B. Rains, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Visitation 1:00 pm and funeral 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at Peace Missionary Baptist Church.
