A celebration of life will be held in Mississippi at a later date.

Born on February 1, 1970 to Kenneth Mckee Sr. and Patsy Mckee, Kenneth grew up in Aberdeen, MS, with a strong sense of faith, family, and community that carried him throughout his life.

Kenneth is survived by his devoted wife, Elissa Mckee, who was his steadfast partner and best friend for the last 8 years. He leaves behind three children, Dylan Mckee (Charley), Sydney Mckee, and Kyleigh Mckee. His brothers Foster Mckee (Melissa), and Josh Mckee. His father who loved him deeply, Kenneth Mckee Sr. (Lisa). His mother and best friend, Patsy Mckee, remains to cherish his memory as well.

Having spent most of the last 10 years in Texas, and the rest of his life in the North MS area, Kenneth blossomed friendships anywhere he laid roots. Kenneth was an incredible father to his children and his pets. His dog, Duke, was often treated as royalty. He was passionate about helping people in any way that he could find, furthering his deep and abiding faith in Jesus. Kenneth was an active member of the Montague County Cowboy Church, where his loud voice, calm demeanor, and helping hand stuck out to so many.

Kenneth’s presence in a room did not go unnoticed. He filled every space he was in with laughter, loudness, and compassion. No matter if Kenneth was in his shop working on something, talking to his children, or spoiling his animals, he loved so completely and without hesitation.

Though he has gone on to join his Savior and loved ones who passed before him, Kenneth’s spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
