Obituary For Ruby Parker

DURHAM – Mrs. Ruby Daye Parker, 95, was born in Durham, NC to the late Robert and Lelia Carrington Daye. She leaves to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy: 6 daughters - Betty (Resteyne) Wilkinson, Barbara Parker-Hayes, Joyce (Charlie) Williams, Carolyn Parker-Parker, Jo Anne Parker-Sales, V. Michelle Parker-Evans (Wayland Burton); 1 sister – Mary Daye Jones, 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. Family visitation will be held on March 6, from 4:00 until 6:00 at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at Mt. Level Baptist Church, 316 Hebron Rd on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery, 8021 Stagville Road, Bahama NC.
