Funeral service for Barbara Cobb, 66, of Auburn, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1528 Shug Jordan Parkway, Auburn, AL, 36832 with interment in Auburn Memorial Park Cemetery, 1000 East Samford Drive, Auburn, AL, 36830, Brother Isaac Stephen, Jr. will officiate.

Mrs. Cobb, who passed away Friday, February 27, 2026 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama, was born May 10, 1959, in Macon County, Alabama.

There will be no public viewing.

She leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Michael Cobb of Auburn, AL; four children, Bernard Smith, Tamesha Williams, Rakeyta Smith and Takeyithia Cobb all of Auburn, AL; seven step-children; eight grandchildren, Breanna Frazier, Chantal Hall, Bernard (Clauderia) Smith, Denarious Smith, Lanarious Smith, Kaderious Smith, Kaiden Nelms and Ava Murphy; three sisters, Mary Helen (Holmer) Core, Tracy (Calvin) Jones both of Auburn, AL and Vickie (Vince) Smith of Opelika, AL; three brothers, James (Nadine) Smith of Newnan, GA, Robert (Belinda) Smith, Jr. of Opelika, AL and Don Smith of Auburn, AL; brother-in-law, Calvin (Elizabeth) Smith of Auburn, AL; sister-in-law, Virginia Finley of Newnan, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
