John D. Bond, age 68, of Charlotte, NC, departed this life on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at his residence. Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Boyd & Royster Funeral Services. Burial will follow in the Spring Green Baptist Church Cemetery in Warrenton, NC.

John is survived by his wife Brenda; two sons; Ronald and Jerrell; three daughters, Schannel, Shade, and Daryal; three grandchildren, Jasmine, Amir, and Zuri, one brother, Craig; four brother-in-law, James, Robert, Angel, and Albert, two sisters-in-law, Tammy and Felicia; five nieces, Bernadette, Dana, Jeunesse, Brendale, and Jasmine; two nephews, Victor and James III, his great nephew and great niece, LaRae and Shamekia, and a host of cousins, co-workers, and friends.

He may be viewed on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 1:00pm until 5:00pm in the chapel.
