Louis Rankins, of Montgomery, AL, passed away on March 5, 2026. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Freewill Missionary Baptist Church, 1724 Hill Street, Montgomery, AL 36108, with Pastor Quentin Byrd officiating. Burial will follow at Gilmer Cemetery under the direction of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, March13, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Rankins will lie in repose at the church one hour before the service.
