ROWE, JR., Mr. Fred D., a resident of Tuskegee, AL, passed March 9, 2026, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Bowen United Methodist Church, Tuskegee Institute, AL. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Tuskegee Institute, AL, McKenzie's Funeral Home Staff, directing. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Rowe will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
